Coachman has been named the Best Caravan Manufacturer at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025, held in conjunction with the Camping and Caravanning Club.
The Owner Satisfaction Awards provides a valuable insight into the market, not only allowing us to find the best caravan manufacturers but also identify the dealers who are going above and beyond.
Coachman’s triumph followed a total of 81.9% in the Best Caravan Manufacturer category, with the brand the only one to meet the necessary score of 80% or more to secure a Gold Award in the category.
There were three Silver Awards winners though, with Swift Group, Elddis Group and Bailey scoring 78.9%, 77.6% and 76.5% respectively.
As well as securing the ultimate accolade, Coachman was also the winner of the Best Manufacturer: Pre-Owned Caravans category, thanks to a score of 83%. This was enough to beat second-placed Bailey, who totalled 81%. The manufacturer also came second in the Best Manufacturer: New Caravans category, narrowly finishing behind Adria with a score of 81.4%, in contrast with the Slovenian maker’s total of 81.8%.
The success of Coachman at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025 follows on from the brand’s showing at the Practical Caravan Awards 2025, where it won two categories, thanks to the Lusso III and Acadia 675 Xtra. Two further models, including the Acadia 460 (main image) were also shortlisted.
