Salop Leisure took the title of Best Supplying Dealer: Pre-owned Caravans at the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025.

The Owner Satisfaction Awards 2025 sees readers of Practical Caravan and members of the Camping and Caravanning Club vote, revealing how they have got on with buying their vans, as well as the experience the dealer provided. The voting covers a variety of topics, including first contact with the dealer and collecting the caravan, as well as subsequent servicing or warranty work that is required.

The battle for top spot in the Best Supplying Dealer: Pre-owned Caravans category proved competitive, with Salop Leisure securing its Gold Award and first place with an impressive total of 91.4%, seeing off the Sussex Caravan Centre, which scored a highly commendable 88.2%. Highbridge Caravans took a Gold in the category too, with its score of 85.5%, as did Burton Caravan Centre, with the dealer scoring 80%. Glossop Caravans secured a Silver Award thanks to a total of 76.8%.

The win for Salop saw the dealership hang onto its title from last year too.  Salop stocks a number of the best caravan makes, including Swift, Coachman and Bailey.

Salop Leisure’s win was not the company’s only success at the 2025 Owner Satisfaction Awards either, as the dealer secured a Gold Award in the Best Supplying Dealer: New Caravans category with a score of 87.8%, narrowly finishing behind the winner of the category, Couplands Caravans, who secured an impressive total of 88.3%.

After purchasing your tourer, one thing you’re not going to want to overlook is caravan servicing – it’s one of the more essential tasks for that can pay dividends, as John Sootheran explains.
