Newly retired and free to roam we set off to explore France. No planned route. We just decided to go where the fancy took us. Real freedom. The sort that most people just dream of and is impossible in hotels.

Brian Marsden, Yorkshire [tl:gallery size=230×160]

“The best Holiday was at the age of 11, caravan holidays got me in to a life of travel and now I caravan all over the globe. Even now at 39 I love to sit and go through the Practical Caravan magazine sat inside the caravan in the rain

Ross Hamilton, Bristol [tl:gallery size=230×160]

“This summer we escaped to a quiet, remote site in the Welsh hills and discovered a slice of paradise. The children delighted in fishing, rope swings and the liberty to roam freely. My wife and I enjoyed stunning views and total peace – disturbed occasionally by the odd bleating sheep!

Michelle Raeburn, Milton Keynes[tl:gallery size=230×160]

It was a vintage caravan with loads of character and the family loved it so much we plan to use the site for our festival wedding in May next year!
