This stainless steel mini electric kettle will fit in even the smallest of kitchens. It operates at 600 watts and includes safety functions such as auto-shut off and boil dry protection. The 360-degree swivel base will be useful in kitchens with limited space and the retractable power cord is just the job when storing the kettle in transit. Well worth considering, especially at this price point and given its not insignificant 800ml capacity.

If space really is at a premium, I’d favour a collapsible kettle such as this one. Lightweight, low priced and effective, this kettle will boil in about six minutes. It also has dry-boiling and overheating protection functions, and comes with a plug in power cord. It’s easy to see why foldable/collapsible gadgets such as this have become increasingly popular with the camping community.
