The results of the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2024 were announced last night (Thursday 7th December), with Adria winning the Best Manufacturer: New Caravans category.
Unique within the industry, the Owner Satisfaction Awards see the readers of Practical Caravan and members of The Camping & Caravanning Club vote to let us know how they got on when buying a tourer, providing an accurate picture of the market and allowing us to identify the best caravan manufacturers.
At the 2024 Owner Satisfaction Awards, Adria took the top spot in the new caravans category, with an impressive total score of 83.1%.
The brand also proved popular on the used caravan scene, with a score of 81.6% received in the Best Manufacturer: Pre-owned Caravans category. This was enough to secure a gold award and a third-placed finish in the category, with Eriba coming out on top with 85.6%.
In second place came Coachman with a score of 84.2% – the Hull-brand had a successful night, also being named the Best Overall Manufacturer (New and Pre-owned).
For the new season, Adria has unveiled the Action 390PT, which debuted at the October NEC Show – it’s a rugged four-berth tourer that we shortlisted twice at the Practical Caravan Awards 2024.
