Coachman takes top spot at Owner Satisfaction Awards 2024

The results of the Owner Satisfaction Awards 2024 were announced last night (Thursday 7th December), with Coachman taking the title of Best Overall Manufacturer (New and Pre-Owned) after scoring 81.4%.

This followed Coachman’s impressive performance in both the new and used scene. A silver award was achieved in the Best Manufacturer: New Caravans category, following a score of 79.8% – this was ultimately topped by Adria, who came first with 83.1%.

A gold award was also won in the Best Manufacturer: Pre-owned Caravans category, where 84.2% secured a second-place finish, just behind Eriba who came first with a score of 85.6%.

The Owner Satisfaction Awards allow us to identify the best caravan brands. Readers of Practical Caravan and members of The Camping and Caravanning Club vote to let us know how they’ve got on when buying a tourer, presenting us with an accurate impression of the market.
