There were plenty of Bailey caravans on display at The Great Holiday Home Show last week (8th-10th September), including the Pegasus Grande GT75 Portofino, a four-berth caravan with a king sized island bed at the rear.

The van is packed with features, including a Belfast style sink and mixer tap, and a media station, which provides caravanners with both a wireless charger and a SONOS speaker. Sitting on a single axle, the Portofino also has a front lounge, as well as a central washroom and kitchen. The caravan comes with an MTPLM of 1574kg and prices start from £28,899.

Also on show were models from the new Phoenix GT75 range, launched to celebrate the brand’s 75th anniversary. This included the Bailey Phoenix GT75 762, a twin-axle tourer that we reviewed recently. The six-berth van offers a sociable layout for families and a spacious lounge, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax in.

Another caravan from the range that was on show was the 440, a four-berth tourer with a central kitchen on the offside, as well as a rear corner bed. The 642, a tourer with fixed single beds and a central kitchen, was also on display.

The Phoenix GT75 models come with dove grey sides and a polar white front and back, along with a spec that includes a 700W microwave and a SONOS Bluetooth speaker.

Other manufacturers exhibiting at the show included Coachman, which had its two revised layouts on display, and Swift, which was exhibiting new season models including the Elegance Grande 780. Erwin Hymer UK also had its brands on display, with the exception of Compass, which has been dropped for 2024.
