The Caravan and Motorhome Club (CAMC) is running a nine-night escorted tour this June, which will allow caravanners to explore Royal attractions and historic buildings in both the Home Counties and London.

The escorted tour will set off on 13th June, with the summer months the time when many caravanners will be embarking on tours and pitching up at the best caravan sites in the UK.

The trip will start in London, allowing guests to visit The Royal Mews at Buckingham Palace, as well as enjoy a tour of Kensington Palace and the Tower of London. There will also be the opportunity to take in the Trooping the Colour on Saturday 15th June.

The best caravan parks in London offer a handy location with good transport links for exploring the capital, and that will be the case at Abbey Wood Club Campsite, where guests will be pitching up for the first five nights. From the site, guests can walk to catch the Elizabeth line.

Then, the tour will move to Henley, with guests pitching up at Henley Four Oaks, not far from the banks of the River Thames, for the remaining four nights. This will act as a base for visiting Oxford, where a guided tour will be provided, before exploring Blenheim Palace and a guided tour of Windsor Castle, followed by a lunch cruise on the River Thames.

Prices start from £1,649 for an outfit and two adults – you can find out more by visiting the Caravan and Motorhome Club.
