Each year we run an Owner Satisfaction Survey to find out how you got on with the entire experience of buying a caravan. We rely on you to tell us how the dealers and manufacturers are doing, so that we can celebrate those that are doing a great job and providing good customer service.

We want to hear from anyone who has bought a new or used caravan since 1 January 2016 and used it at least once.

Manufacturers and dealerships take the Owner Satisfaction Awards very seriously; it allows them to evaluate and improve their products and services, which in the long run improves the experience for everyone. 

It’s about more than just your initial purchase – although that’s important, too – we also want to know how your van has fared over time, and what dealers provide the best servicing and after sales care. 

Questions range from the support that you received from the dealership through the choosing and buying process, to how the caravan itself performs during your trips and whether you have any issues with the build quality or communication you have with either the dealership or the manufacturer. 

This year’s Owner Satisfaction Survey closes on 31 October, so you’ve not got long to have your say, if you haven’t done so already!

Make sure you fill in the survey before it closes so that we can count your experiences in our analysis. This is your opportunity to let the industry know what you think – whether its rewarding those that do things well or pointing out those that could do better.
