I just met a caravanner [tl:gallery size=236×152]who had had an accident whilst towing his Adria. One of his biggest concerns was to get the caravan repaired in time for him to take his family on holiday in July. Luckily he had good insurance so the assessor was able to OK the claim quickly. The problem which arose was that the company authorised to carry out the repairs had difficulty in contacting Adria’s UK HQ. Its UK telephone number seemed to ring on and one and there was no indication of alternatives on the website. Eventually, after a good deal of searching by several people, the new telephone number was found, but it does raise an important question: how quickly can you obtain spares for foreign caravans when you need them?
