Visitors to the Great Caravan, Motorhome and Holiday Home Show got to see some of the latest models from Coachman, including vans from its refreshed Acadia range.
The event, which was held at The Great Yorkshire Showground last week (6th-8th September), showcased new season releases from some of the biggest makes of caravans. In the case of Coachman, there were a number of tourers on show, including the new Acadia 460.
The two-berth tourer, which has an OTR price of £29,745, comes with an end washroom layout and parallel settees in the front lounge. It has an MTPLM of 1335kg, a MiRO of 1211kg and a payload of 124kg, as well as an overall length of 6.255m and a width of 2.25m.
For those on the lookout for the best twin-axle caravans, Coachman had the Acadia 675 Xtra on show at the Great Caravan, Motorhome and Holiday Home Show. Providing an L-shaped front lounge, the 8ft-wide tourer offers caravanners a transverse island bed and an end washroom.
A caravan with five berths, it has an overall length of 7.895m, a width of 2.44m and an OTR price of £36,055.
New features in both Acadia vans include a Bluetooth speaker system, a stylish ‘Tuscan Geo’ laminated splash back in the kitchen and a new central console which comes with integrated matt black down lighting.
Also on display was the Laser 845 Xtra, a four-berth tourer with a refreshed layout. Now, instead of a window facing the L-shaped settee in the front lounge, it has a blank wall with a TV, which comes as standard. The twin-axle tourer has an overall length of 7.895m, a width of 2.44m and an MTPLM of 1886. A payload of 160kg is also provided in a van which has an OTR of £43,060.
Coachman was also exhibiting its new Lusso III, a luxury caravan with fixed single beds at the rear, an L-shaped lounge and an end washroom. Another four-berth twin-axle tourer, it has an MTPLM of 1984kg, a MiRO of 1824kg and a payload of 160kg.
New features to be seen in the Lusso III, as well as the other two models in the range, are a 120W solar panel and a one-piece door.
Coachman was not the only manufacturer exhibiting its new ranges at the Show, with Bailey unveiling models from its new Unicorn Deluxe and Alicanto Grande Deluxe ranges.
