Elddis’ Crusader is the top-of-the-range line-up and for the 2014 season this range welcomes panoramic sunroofs for the first time – and they make a real difference.
The soft furnishings are now biscuit coloured, with green detailing in the scatter cushions and curtain tie-backs. The mid-toned cabinet work combines well with the acrylic sunroof surrounds.
Among the exterior tweaks are a new-colour graphics scheme and clear Seitz windows instead of last season’s privacy ones. Inside, 40-litre on-board water tanks have been fitted, while other additions include the new Alde touch screen controller and larger waste bins.
In addition, there are now seven models in the range. Superstorm has been deleted, but in come Mistral (transverse island bed, end washroom) and Storm (a twin-axle version). Supersirocco’s rear bed moves to the nearside.
Practical Caravan says…
“The new sunroofs are welcome – and long overdue. The new interior design and spec bumps, including the new Alde controller and on-board water tank, come with only a modest 2.2% price rise.”
