The Conqueror range has returned to the Swift stand at the Motorhome and Caravan Show this week (14th-19th October).
It was only this summer that Swift announced that the Conqueror range was returning to its line-up, after previously dropping it for the 2024 season. Now, Conqueror has returned with seven different models, all of which are being exhibited this week at the NEC.
The tourers come with plenty of new features, including a soft furnishing scheme in ‘Iron’, a Dometic panoramic sunroof, full pleated blackout blinds, and an updated washroom design, as well as new look wardrobes and new lighting in both the bedroom and washroom.
Other features in the tourers include a 120W roof-mounted caravan solar panel, an exclusive Duvalay Duvalite Strato mattress, and a dual-hinged Dometic 133 litre tall slimline caravan fridge, complete with a removable 12-litre freezer.

Unlike Swift’s updated Sprite range, which only offers four-berths, the Conqueror line-up includes an option for those on the hunt for the best two berth caravans, as well as four-berth tourers.
Models include the Conqueror 480, a two-berth tourer which has a front lounge with parallel settees which can either be used as two single beds or a front double bed. It has a length of 6.45m, a width of 2.25m and an MTPLM of 1459kg, with prices starting from £33,795.

The Conqueror 580, priced from £39,595, is also included in the line-up. It’s a four-berth caravan which is 7.63m and 2.25m wide, and has an MTPLM of 1660kg. Two double beds can be found in the tourer; one is made up in the front lounge, and the other is a transverse island bed towards the rear of the tourer.

Another four-berth in the range is the Conqueror 645, a twin-axle caravan which is 7.98m long and has an MTPLM of 1805kg.

All three tourers have a rear end washroom with new features, including an updated washroom design with a new vanity bowl, splash back and a marble-effect work surface.
Swift has also released its Conqueror Grande tourers, which are all 8ft-wide caravans. Like the Conquerors, the Conquerors Grandes all come with the new Dometic panoramic sunroof, sprung seat bases and an exclusive Duvalay Duvalite Strato mattress. Other features include the 120W roof mounted solar panel and the 133-litre slimline fridge seen in the Conquerors.

Models in the line-up include the Conqueror Grande 560 L, which is 7.63m long and has an MTPLM of 1735kg. This time, it comes with a rear transverse island bed, a central washroom and kitchen, and an L-shaped lounge.
Then there is the Conqueror Grande 580, which has a parallel lounge and is priced from £38,565. Coming with an MTPLM of 1736kg, it will be ideal for fans of a rear washroom and a transverse island bed layout. It’s a single axle tourer which, like the 560 L, is 7.63m long.

There are two twin-axles in the lineup too, including the end washroom Conqueror Grande 645. With a transverse island bed towards the rear, the tourer is 7.98m long and is priced from £41,205.

The final model in the lineup is the Conqueror Grande 650L, another L-shaped lounge tourer. With a length of 7.98m, the twin-axle tourer has a central washroom and kitchen, as well as an MTPLM of 1886kg. Like the Conqueror Grande 645, it is priced from £41,205.
Another brand to be exhibiting a new van at the show is Barefoot, with the maker having its eye-catching Bothy caravan on display. It’s a three-berth tourer that comes with a stylish exterior and a choice of interior fabrics. Bailey is also showcasing its new Phoenix Black Edition and Pegasus Black Edition tourers.
