Two additions to Swift’s Challenger range have made their NEC show debut – the 480 Exclusive and 580 Exclusive. The latter was the winner of our best 4 berth caravan in this year’s Practical Caravan Awards, while the 480 was shortlisted for best 2 berth caravan.
Released for the 2024 season, the two models features luxurious interiors and thoughtful layouts.
Challenger 480 Exclusive
£31,195
The smaller option of the two is compact enough at 6.68m x 2.28m, with a payload of 127kg. The 480 accommodates two people in either a front double or two singles.
Swift have decided to keep the end washroom which allows for a spacious front lounge with two sofas as well as a kitchen with sideboard.
The ‘exclusive’ elements add luxury and comfort to the caravan, including an upgraded over, on-board 4G and new upholstery designs.
Challenger 580
£33,795
Despite having room for four across a rounded fixed bed and two single sofa beds (or an adapted double), the Challenger 580 Exclusive is only marginally longer at 7.63m x 2.28m.
It also retains a rear washroom, but that doesn’t feature a window. Other than that, it’s light and bright throughout, benefitting from a large sunroof and roof vent.
This model, like the 480, is designed with the updated Willow interior as well as new bed designs for maximum comfort.
