Owner Satisfaction Survey 2025

There’s not long left to have your say in this year’s Owner Satisfaction Survey 2025 – and potentially win yourself a seven night stay at a Camping and Caravanning Club site of your choice in the process!

The purpose of our awards is simple. We want to provide help to potential caravan purchasers by giving them the benefit of the experiences of current owners. This is achieved by highlighting and rewarding manufacturers and dealers who consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. This also hopefully raises standards and makes buying a van less of a lottery.

In short, the Owner Satisfaction Awards provide the owner’s perspective on how a caravan has lived up to expectations over a period of time. They also give credit to dealers who have delivered good customer service.

However, we can’t do it without you! After all, any survey is only as strong as its data. That’s why we’re asking you to complete our 2025 Owner Satisfaction Survey if you’ve bought a new or pre-owned tourer since the 1st January 2021.

Everyone who completes the survey will be in with a chance of winning a seven-night stay at a Camping and Caravanning Club site of their choice too! There are also two further prizes of a three-night stay at a Camping and Caravanning Club site of their choosing.
