BAILEY CARAVANS HAS made life much more comfortable for one lucky moggie at Cosford Caravans in Albrighton, Staffordshire.

The stray cat has been a regular visitor at the dealer site over the last five years, staying in the showroom by day, but roaming around the compound at night, looking for some shelter. The team at Bailey Caravans had a chance encounter with the tortoiseshell cat on a recent visit to Albrighton and decided the friendly feline needed a little more comfort.

Cosford MD Mervyn Hughes did not expect a bespoke cat-sized caravan to arrive a fortnight later. “A miniature Bailey Orion caravan arrived at our Newport Road site, purpose-built by the Bailey engineers in Bristol, especially for our cat. In my 28 years here at Cosford, I have never seen anything quite like it. What a great way for the Bailey team to make a mark at our site. The ‘cat caravan’ is becoming a real talking point for visitors.”

The cat does not have a name, but we’d suggest that ‘Bailey’ might be appropriate…
