This adults-only park in rural Rutland makes for a peaceful getaway. It is well placed to enjoy the beautiful countryside, idyllic walks and cycle routes.
It’s also close to Rutland Water, the scenic reservoir that’s famous for the osprey project.
The park ha a David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award – keep an eye out for the tree sparrows and greater spotted woodpeckers. There is a heated shower/toilet block, and a small swimming pool on site.
It’s a short walk to the pretty village of Whissendine, with its shop, windmill and pub.
