Royal Vale Caravan Park is open all throughout the year.
The park welcomes guests with touring caravans and motorhomes, and also offers a selection of seasonal pitches, with full or part year options available.
All of the pitches at Royal Vale Caravan Park are hard standing and fully serviced with electricity, water, and grey waste drainage hook ups. There are also chemical waste disposal and waste water disposal points individually situated around the park.
Facilities available at the park for guests to use during their stay include a toilet and shower block, a dishwashing area, a laundrette, Calor Gas sales and canister exchanges, and high speed Wi-Fi internet. Tourist information is available from the park reception to enable guests to plan their day out across Cheshire.
There are plenty of exceptional locations close by where guests can enjoy days out. The park actually sits on the banks of the River Peover, with the river towpath offering some excellent walking routes through the countryside and woodland. Long boat barges can also be found on the river, and offer a unique way to travel and see more of the area if guests are able to get on one.
A short walk across the neighbouring fields takes guests into Lower Peover, the nearest village, which has an old church and The Bells of Peover, which is a renowned hostelry. The nearest town to the park is Knutsford, which has a wide range of excellent locations for guests looking to get out and about. The town has a great shopping centre, as well as some wonderful restaurants and pubs. Knutsford also has some interesting architecture, and is also close to Tatton Park Gardens, a popular nearby attraction.
Other properties and gardens found close by include Little Moreton Hall, Adlington Hall, and Gawsworth Hall. Jodrell Bank Observatory is an excellent location for a day out, while Chester Zoo is also a short drive away. It can be reached in under an hour and is perfect for guests that maybe want to enjoy an evening out in Chester or explore the popular city at the same time.
In addition, close to Royal Vale Caravan Park guests will find leisure centres, public gyms, tennis courts, and several locations for enjoying fishing or a round of golf. Outdoor lovers can drive to the east and be in the Peak District National Park in around 30 minutes, with excellent walking on offer and tremendous views in all directions from the hilltops.
Guests can also choose to drive into Manchester or Liverpool, both excellent cities with shops, entertainment, leisure and cultural attractions, while to the south via the M6 are some of the Midlands’ best market towns.
Royal Vale Caravan Park is an excellent location for relaxing motorhome and caravan holidays in Cheshire, for adults who like to get away from it all.
