The winners of our Owner Satisfaction Awards 2022 were announced at the Coventry Building Society Arena on Thursday evening (11th November) at a ceremony hosted by Shaun Williamson.
We asked the readers of Practical Caravan and members of the Camping and Caravanning Club to give us their feedback on buying new and used tourers to reveal exactly what the most satisfying models on the market are.
This is the fifth time the awards have run in partnership with The Camping and Caravanning Club.
The survey period was extended after the 2021 awards were unable to go ahead due to the pandemic, allowing us to hear from 3,449 owners – an increase from the 2,848 who responded in our previous survey. This has given us what we consider to be the most accurate Owner Satisfaction Awards to date.
Sarah Wakely, Editor-in-Chief of Practical Caravan and Practical Motorhome, said: “The Practical Motorhome Owner Satisfaction Awards were created in 2004 with the aim of providing our readers with a guide to buying better; in 2013 they were expanded to include Practical Caravan magazine. For the past six years we have also partnered with our friends at the Camping and Caravanning Club to expand the reach of the results even further.”
“There is no other scheme like this in the industry: our awards are the result of incredibly in-depth surveys, honestly completed by customers on the reliability of their purchase. With our awards, we aim to help buyers, both now and in the future, make the right buying choice for their needs.”
