Buccaneer, Erwin Hymer UK’s most upmarket brand, has been effectively split into two ranges for the 2026 season.

Three existing models – the Aruba, Barracuda and Cruiser – are now available in a new Buccaneer Starliner range.

These luxury caravans have an MTPLM of 2200kg and, in addition to standard Buccaneer spec, have air conditioning, a bedroom TV, and wi-fi readiness fitted as standard.

These three caravan layouts, as well as the Bermuda and Commodore, are also available as Buccaneer Skyliner models running on a 2000kg chassis, and including familiar Buccaneer spec, such as self-levelling.

All Buccaneers have been given a new look this year, with a new logo on the outside and new interiors featuring cream and charcoal cabinetry, a tiled backlit kitchen cabinet and black fixtures and fittings. Upholstery comes with quilted backrests with leather, jade and cream accents and textured scatter cushions.

All leather upholstery is an option, in either rich cream or chocolate brown, and all models which come with conventional parallel seating as standard (the Aruba, Commodore and Cruiser) have the option of wraparound seating instead.

This season, for the first time since the Buccaneer brand became part of the Elddis/Xplore stable, there will be Buccaneer motorhomes as well.

Buccaneer is not the only brand to be releasing new models, with Elddis making big name changes to its 2026 lineup. These changes have included replacing the Affinity with the Avanté Apex, an enhanced version of last season’s Avanté, while the Whirlwind has also been added.

Another brand to share information about its new season launches is Coachman, with the manufacturer including the UK’s first 8ft wide two berth caravan in its line-up.
