We say...

The range of facilities available at Harford Bridge Park, located by the River Tavy, is superb.

As well as 50 16A electric hook-up points, there are modern and spotless washrooms, a TV and tourist-information room, a motorhome service point, a cycle storage shed with e-bike charging facility, a children’s play area, table tennis and table football facilities, a tennis court (racquets are available for hire), a dog-wash facility... the list goes on.

Your accommodation options are your own tourer or tent, numerous self-catering caravans or the attractive shepherd’s hut.

Dartmoor is a prime attraction here, of course, but other nearby tourist hotspots are Plymouth and Exeter, as well as Dartmoor Zoo and Buckland Abbey.

You say...

“It is very child-friendly and is clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and I cannot fault it in any way.”

“We love its location close to the Dartmoor National Park. It’s also within easy walking distance of Tavistock.”

“We liked the spacious area for our motorhome, with a wooden picnic table provided alongside our hardstanding pitch. The clean shower facilities were lovely and warm, and there was a wash area for dishes. We especially liked the washing facilities for dogs.”
